If the festival is canceled due to COVID19, you will be able to refund your ticket, use it for next year’s event, or convert your purchase to donation to Hart Square for our charitable purposes. Note: the festival is rain or shine and will not be canceled due to weather. Our food vendors are committed to following the guidelines of the local and state laws. Each vendor we work with will be responsible for acquiring a Temporary Food Establishment Permit, or other appropriate off-premise permit, through the Catawba County Health Department. There will be hand washing stations for our vendors. They will comply with face coverings, gloves, and all other sanitation requirements outlined by the Health Department. We have a touch-less ticket this year. You will be emailed your tickets which have unique scan code. Please print your ticket or save them to your phone to be scanned on arrival. We are limiting the ticket sales to 50% of past years, which will be 2,000 tickets. To protect the health of our demonstrators and guests cabins will not be open for customer entry. Guests can view demonstrations in certain cabins through open doors and windows. Masks are not required outdoors. Guests will not be allowed in cabins at this year’s festival. We refund tickets but do not within 14 days of the event.COVID19
