Great Hall
The Great Hall can accommodate up to 300 guests for a reception, a sit-down dinner, or other gathering. Hart Square has its own tables, chairs and linens. There is a state of the art sound system with wireless and lapel microphones. Pricing is based on request and type of event.
The Boardroom
The Boardroom is perfect for small meetings and lunches. A custom Bernhardt Design table seats 16. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 20. There is a coffee bar, serving table and mini fridge. A/V is available as well as a glass white board 96 inches in length. Pricing: Open hours $250.00 for a half-day. $500 for a full-day. Closed hours: pricing upon request.
The Shuford Theater
The Shuford Theater seats 50 guests and is available for premiers, film clubs, church groups and more. Pricing: Open hours $150.00 for a half-day. $250 for a full-day/ Closed hours: pricing upon request.
The Green Room
The perfect place to get picture-ready, meet with a small group, or use as an executive retreat during your corporate gathering. This room has a private bathroom, mini fridge, and a beauty bar with 4 mirrors and bar chairs. Holds 10 people. Pricing: $50 an hour. Closed hours: pricing upon request.
The Volunteer Room
A relaxing living room space with a sectional, two chairs, a flat screen television, and mini fridge. Holds 10 people. Pricing: $50 an hour. Free for volunteers. Closed hours: pricing upon request.
The Observation Deck
The Observation Deck overlooks the Detter and Wright cabins. You can comfortably host 20 people here for small meetings, lunches or events. Pricing: $50 an hour. Closed hours: pricing upon request.
