Charolais Steakhouse presents the Paul Hobbs Wine Dinner at Hart Square Village. Join us in four custom-crafted courses and wine pairings, while we travel from California to France.

Tickets- $100 a person (Gratuity not included.)

*Wines will be available for discounted purchase after the event. 

*Guests are invited to join the Hart Square staff for private cabin tours starting at 4:30 p.m.

About Paul Hobbs

Regarded as an international visionary for his accomplishments in the vineyard and winery, Paul Hobbs combines his childhood roots on the family farm with an innovative scientific approach to refine the art of winemaking.
