This will be followed by a guided tour that includes engaging with food historians demonstrating historic cooking methods. Return to the Great Hall of the Sigmon Family Education Center for three plated courses. Chef Ben Sullivan will craft this multi-course dinner experience that embraces history with a modern twist.
Wine and beer will be available for purchase.
