Annual Heritage Festival RSVP

For safety purposes, each volunteer must RSVP via this form and receive an email confirmation from HSF staff to be permitted entry through the volunteer gate on festival day. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding to ensure the safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff.

For Docents: For safety and crowd control reasons, no more than two docents can be in a cabin per shift. This includes spouses, assistants, and children.

Each volunteer's name must be listed. For safety purposes, no unlisted individuals will be permitted entry through the volunteer gate.

Listing emails for as many members of your group as possible helps ensure everyone receives instructions to stay informed on festival day.

All volunteers will be parked in the Education Center parking lot and shuttled via golf cart into the village unless your request is approved.
