Join us on an adventure full of all things pickled and fermented! Fermentation is an ancient way of preserving foods and their nutrients, adding flavor and health benefits. We will learn about the basics of making, sauerkraut, pickles, cider, and more. Students will go home with their own jars of ferments, basic pickling supplies, and the knowledge to make their own recipes.
