This market basket is strong and useful. Great for carrying items from the garden, market or wherever. The basket is woven with reed which is from the rattan vine. The oak handle measures 8” wide by 14” tall. The basket is 8” wide by 14” long. Beginners welcome. All materials and supplies provided in class. Approximate weaving time is 3 hours.

Nancy has been weaving baskets for over 30 years. She teaches basket weaving classes all over the state and is a member of a local Basket Guild which she feels continually improves her skills. She moved to North Carolina from New Hampshire 10 years ago and currently resides in Charlotte.
