In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the art and history of cordial making. Cordials and liqueurs start with a base of alcohol or apple cider vinegar and are infused with herbs, fruit, roots, seeds, spices, and raw honey. The addition of rich flavors and natural sweeteners turns neutral alcohol into a delectable spirit. In this class, we will craft several cordial infusions ready for you to take home, and just add liquor using fruits and herbs from our site. We will also learn methods and techniques you can use to craft your own unique flavors at home.
