Learn the art and history of cordials by making rich cordial infusions just in time for the holidays. Cordials and liqueurs start with a base of alcohol or apple cider vinegar and are infused with herbs, fruit, roots, seeds, spices, and raw honey. The addition of fruit, herbs, and natural sweeteners turns neutral alcohol into a delectable spirit. We will craft several cordial infusions to take home, ready for you to add liquor. We will also learn methods and techniques so you can continue to craft your own unique flavors.
